 个人简介

  •  中国力学学会等离子体科学与技术专业委员会副主任委员,中国物理学会等离子体物理专业委员会委员,上海市物理学会常务理事,国际等离子体化学学会会员,纺织基础科学学报编委,Macromolecules、 Plasma Science and Technology、Plasma Process And Polymers等杂志审稿人。

  •  上海市科教系统、教育系统“三八红旗手”、“宝钢”全国优秀教师奖、“第七届曙光学者”称号。

  •  承担或完成包括国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目以及省部级纵横项科研项目十余项,荣获上海市科技进步二等奖1项。

  •  在Applied Physics Letters等发表文章40余篇,WILEY-VCH出版的“Plasma Processes and Polymers” 及AMERICAN SCIENTIFIC PUBLISHERS出版的“Functional Nanomaterials”两书中撰写部分章节;申请或公开国家发明专利7项,批准3项。

  •  从事“等离子体薄膜沉积”、“低温等离子体技术与应用”、“大学物理”、“大学物理实验”等课程教学。

  •  培养的学生曾荣获全国优秀学生干部标兵,“三枪杯”创造发明二等奖,上海市大学生发明专利申请二等奖,上海市应用材料奖学金等,在光电子、微电子、材料等领域相关的国内外公司、机关、研发部门等就业。
